After a long and hot summer of exits, the HardGamma Ventures team is now growing, with a number of new individuals coming on board to help streamline the company’s activities.
Adam Jerusalimcew joins HardGamma Ventures as a Portfolio Manager after heading up Beta Scuderia, a classic car storage and management company based in Warsaw and part of HardGamma’s portfolio. A graduate of the Leon Kozminski University, he is a lawyer with specialisation in capital markets.
Piotr (Peter) Tuszyński comes to HardGamma Ventures as an Entrepreneur in Residence and Acceleration Manager. Earlier, Peter headed up Appvetica, a mobile app lab providing B2B digital services, which was funded by HardGamma. He can also code in his sleep and is a total hackathon pro.
John Beauchamp joined HardGamma Ventures at the end of September as a Communications Manager and Entrepreneur in Residence. He is a broadcast journalist and an alum of Polskie Radio in Warsaw. John is currently working on a news startup – CEEscape.tv – a video platform on the startup ecosystems in the CEE region
SHOWROOM.PL is a leading independent fashion e-commerce platform in Poland. Burda International, media house present in 19 countries, publisher of Elle, Glamour and Instyle magazines has been investing in the new technologies and digital products for years. Burda has acquired 52% stake in SHOWROOM.PL, buying out Polish VC fund Hardgamma Ventures and investing in the new round of financing, which will be used for further strengthening of Showroom’s position in Poland and for its international expansion.
